Generic Kamagra

Kamagra (sildenafil) is a brand name for Ajanta Pharmacy Sildenafil Citrate. Tablets are available to buy in dosages of 100 milligrams. The pills are blue, rounded-diamond- shaped, film coated tablets in blister packs of four tablets.

Kamagra is a significant oral medication, generic version of Viagra, for the treatment of Erectile Dysfunction (ED). The medicine was originally developed as a cardiovascular medicine designed to improve blood flow in the vessels of the heart. However, during initial studies the medication was found to have a profound side effect: individuals began to report a remarkable difference in their ability to achieve and maintain an erection.

Further studies were completed and on March 27, 1998, the medication was approved by the FDA for the treatment of (ED), later that fall Kamagra was approved in the European Union and has since been approved by regulatory authorities in over 100 countries around the world.

How does Kamagra work?

Kamagra is dispensed as a pill and ingested orally. Within approximately 30-60 minutes the drug is absorbed into the bloodstream. Kamagra then functions as an inhibitor to an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type (PDE5) which is found primarily in the penis. By inhibiting PDE5, smooth muscle in the penis remains relaxed for a longer period. This allows for increased blood flow into the cavernous tissue of the penis thereby generating an erection.

Kamagra works with the natural chemicals of your body to give your penis an erection when you are sexually aroused. If you are not sexually aroused, Kamagra is not going to give you an erection.

What is the appropriate dose?

The standard dose is 50mg one hour prior to sexual activity. However, if you are older than age 65 or have a serious kidney or liver disease some physicians will recommend starting with the minimal dose of 25mg. Kamagra should not be taken more than once per any 24 hour period and doses should not exceed 100mg. The half-life of Kamagra, the time the drug remains effective after ingestion, is approximately four hours.

Kamagra is rapidly absorbed. Maximum observed plasma concentrations are reached within 30 to 120 minutes (median time 60 minutes) of oral dosing on an empty stomach. Please note: when Kamagra is taken with a high fat content meal, the rate of effectiveness can be significantly diminished.

What are the side effects of Kamagra?

Like all medications, Kamagra can cause some side effects. These are usually mild & tolerable and don't last longer than a few hours. Some of these side effects are more likely to occur with higher doses of kamagra.

The most common side effects experienced with Kamagra are:

  • headache
  • flushing
  • indigestion
  • stuffy nose
  • changes in vision such as blurring
  • a blue colour to your vision
  • diarrhoea
  • urinary tract infection
  • stomach upset

It's also worth remembering that if you suffer from side effects it is quite likely that you are taking too large a dose and reducing your dosage will reduce the side effects or even remove them altogether.

Medical advise should be sought immediately in the rare event of an erection lasting for more than 4hrs.

If you have chest pains, dizziness, or nausea during sex, stop and immediately tell your health care provider.

What precautions should be taken?

Kamagra must be used under doctors supervision. Kamagra must not be used by men who are taking any medications that contain nitrates. Nitrates are found in many prescription medications that are used to treat angina, such as Nitroglycerin, Isosorbide mononitrate (brand names: Monotrate, Vasotrate, Ismo, Imdur, Angicor), Isosorbide dinitrate (brand names: Sorbitrate, Isordil), Sublingual nitroglycerin tablets or spray (Angised, Angispan, GTN spray), Transdermal nitroglycerin patches or ointments (brand names: Top nitro, Nitroderm TTS, Myovin). Nitrates are also found in illicit drugs such as amyl nitrate (poppers). If you are not sure if any of your medicines contain nitrates, or if you do not understand what nitrates are ask you doctor or pharmacist. Kamagra is not approved for use in women.

There is also a potential for cardiac risk during sexual activity in patients with pre-existing cardiovascular disease. Therefore, Kamagra should NOT be used in men where sexual activity is inadvisable because of their underlying cardiovascular status.

The use of Kamagra offers no protection against sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV. Patients should continue to use protective measures necessary to guard against these diseases. In case of an overdose, call your physician immediately.

If you have ever suffered from any of the following conditions inform your doctor before taking Kamagra:

  • kidney / liver problems
  • heart conditions (e.g. irregular heart beat, chest pain, heart attack, angina or narrowing of the aortic valve)
  • high / low blood pressure
  • stroke
  • an inherited eye condition called retinitis pigmentose
  • any blood problems such as leukaemia or sickle cellanemia
  • penis deformity such as peyronies disease
  • an erection lasting more than 4 hours
  • allergy to Sildenafil

The consumption of alcoholic beverages can temporarily impair the ability to get and keep a sustained erection. To achieve maximum results while using Kamagra, you should not drink large amounts of alcohol before taking the medication.

For what types of Erectile Dysfunction is Kamagra proving to be especially effective?

Kamagra is showing optimal results in individuals who experience ED secondary to high levels of anxiety (performance anxiety) and individuals with mild ED.

Further studies were completed and on March 27, 1998, the medication was approved by the FDA for the treatment of (ED), later that fall Kamagra was approved in the European Union and has since been approved by regulatory authorities in over 100 countries around the world.

Can Kamagra be combined with other treatments for erectile dysfunction?

The use of such combined treatments is not recommended, since no studies have been done to access Kamagra's safety and effectiveness.

What is the shelf life of the pills?

  • The expiry date is mentioned on each blister. It is different for different batches. The shelf life is 2 years from the date of manufacture and would differ from batch to batch depending on when they were manufactured.

  • HELP!!! ANATOMY CASE STUDY!?
A 5’6”, 200lb., 50 year old male came in for a physical examination as part of investigations into possible causes of apparent infertility either in himself or his wife. They had been trying for a baby for over five years with no success. His blood pressure was >180/115 on three separate days. Further examination showed low plasma renin activity, elevated total peripheral resistance (TPR), cardiac output (CO) of 7.2L/min, x-ray evidence of the onset of left ventricular hypertrophy, mild retinal and epidermal petechiae, and mild polyuria. The patient also admitted experiencing some breathlessness with exercise and episodes of erectile dysfunction which he had attributed to the stress of the pregnancy efforts. The recommended therapy was weight reduction to his ideal level, a low-salt diet (<2gm/day sodium), prudent exercise, and a reduction in any alcohol consumption (<3oz whiskey/day). This change in lifestyle did little to change the condition. Medication was initiated in the form of an oral diuretic and progressed to a beta-blocker; eventually a vasodilator was included to reduce the blood pressure to <140/90. Once his blood pressure was stabilized, he was allowed to use 10mg tadalafil (Cialis) to treat the ED. ASPECTS TO RESEARCH: 1.The patient presents with an elevated BP. How is this related to the total peripheral resistance and the petechiae (include capillary dynamics)? 2.The plasma renin is low. What does this mean for the patient? Be prepared to explain your answer – what does renin do?, when & how is it released?, what does a low renin here mean?. 3.What would normally be happening to control the BP and what reason could there be for these mechanisms being ineffective? 4.Explain the CO value in this patient and the ventricular hypertrophy – think about the cardiovascular system, its regulation, and the patient’s physiognomy (ie. Size). 5.What is causing the polyuria?. 6.How are the urinary and lymphatic systems preventing peripheral edema?. 7.What effect does the patients weight have on his acid-base and fluid-electrolyte balances? 8.Why is the patient breathless after mild exercise? (think of factors that could be influencing the breathing itself, as well as any compensatory role the resp. system has physiologically). 9.Could any acid/base and fluid/electrolytes imbalances be related to the other symptoms?. 10.The initial treatment involved a low-salt diet. How will this help? (think in terms of the events in the digestive, urinary, and cardiovascular systems). 11.Relate his weight to the post-absorptive/absorptive states, his anabolic/catabolic states, and how altering his diet and lifestyle should be beneficial. 12.Account for the erectile dysfunction - how would altering his lifestyle, lowering BP, and using tadalafil help? 13.Along with the ED, what other factors could be leading to infertility and why? 14.Explain the rationale behind the pharmaceutical treatments used and the order in which they were given/attempted.

  • Voting Question: Tadalafil Megalis for an elderly diabetic?
My elderly dad of 70+ years was recently prescribed a medication that I found out is typically used to treat erectile dysfunction. This "doctor" supposedly told my diabetic dad that even though this medication (Tadalafil Megalis) is typically used to treat ED, my dad did not have to worry about increased blood flow to his penis as he is no longer sexually active - but that the medication should help in increasing blood circulation to his feet (his feet often swell up). Is this right?? I need a medical professional to comment on this so I can make sure that my dad is getting the appropriate treatment necessary. Thanks.
